svmLLM now implements Agave 4.3.2's program runtime: SBPF v0, the real memory map, all 38 mainnet syscalls, cross-program invocation and the System Program, checked against LiteSVM and Anza's interpreter. The VM and 34 of the 38 syscalls run entirely in hand-set neural network weights.
